Established in 1988, PT HDA has grown to be one of the largest crew’s dispatcher company in Indonesia and is the major supplier of fishing vessel crew for Japanese tuna long line

In 2008, we began to train, to manage and to dispatch the fishery observers, in collaboration with MMFA, OFCF-Japan, Japan Tuna Fisheries Corporation, USAID and TNC
